These terms & conditions only apply to purchase made through the Suju design website (www.sujudesign.com).

Please read the terms and check this section periodically for any changes. Suju Design may change the terms of sale from time to time, in its sole discretion. If you make a purchase in Suju Design website, you will be deemed to have agreed to the terms of use of the platform and our privacy policy. Customers using the Suju Design online sales center will be given access to our consent and privacy policy and will agree to any changes to the terms of sale. Do not place an order if you refuse to accept these terms of sale.

1. Online Order

All orders placed on the online site are subject to availability and acceptance by Suju Design. We may choose not to accept orders at our sole discretion.

To place an order on the online site, you can register and create an online account on the Suju Design website. When you place an order online or through the website (www.sujudesign.com), you confirm that the information you provide as part of the online order is true, accurate and complete in all respects.

You will be given the opportunity to confirm your order details, including your address and payment details, and correct any errors before completing the order. The product you want will be ordered after you complete the checkout and payment process.

When you do, we will send an email for your order that the payment has been successful and we have received your order (including a Copy of these T&Cs). Once we have processed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to confirm that your order has been shipped for delivery. We will contact you if we are unable to receive your order, which may be due to several reasons.

2. Product description, price and availability

All orders placed on the online site are subject to availability and acceptance by Suju Design.

• All products offered for sale through the site can be ordered directly depending on product availability or can be ordered through the 'pre-order' system according to the delivery time written on the site.
• We strive to keep all descriptions, prices and information on our site accurate and up-to-date. However, we do not represent or warrant that the product images, descriptions, prices or other information on this site is accurate, complete, current or error-free. In the event of an error, we reserve the right to correct the error and revise your order as appropriate (including charging the right price) or cancel your order and refund the amount charged.
• If the product ordered requires sizing information from you, it is your responsibility to ensure that the measurements are right & accurate.
• Suju Design reserves the right to change the assortment of products and materials offered on the site or through the Suju Design online sales center without prior notice.

Price

• All prices are shown in Australian Dollar (AUD) with any applicable taxes and fees. All prices are subject to change without notice.
• All prices, discounts and promotions posted on this website are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will apply at the time of order and will be specified in your order confirmation email. The price increase will only apply to orders placed after the change. Prices posted include tax.
• Prices posted do not include shipping and handling charges. Shipping costs will be added to your order total, and will be detailed in your shopping cart and in your order confirmation email.
