Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 Business day to 2 business days (excluding weekends and Public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.  

If there is potential delay our customers service team will contact you by phone or email you.

Any order below $100 we will charge $10 as extra shipping charge, which will be automatically added on the check out section.

Local delivery radius under 30 KM

Local Deliveries are made from 4 PM Monday to Sunday. We will try to delivery your product within 2 business days We will contact you via text message or will call you on the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t receive your order within 10 business days after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
