Returns, Refunds or Exchanges

Due to hygiene reasons we unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund, return or exchange, for change of mind. Please do choose carefully and get in touch if you have any specific questions about any products.

To contact us, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded for change of mind or similar.

Damage items

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Shipping

To return your product, you should email [email protected] for details.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if is eligible. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you do qualify for a  refund, (eg; defective, product) we will email you back and we will send you an address to ship, once we received your product we will notify you and refund your bank account.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
